Ensuring proper welfare facilities at events is crucial, as they are often a requirement for an event to proceed. Health and safety regulations are increasingly emphasizing welfare provisions, and we highly recommend reviewing our event welfare guide to ensure compliance. Authored by welfare expert Penny Mellor, this guide compiles insights from various welfare organizations, offering consistent standards for essential services, including portable toilets like those provided by Site Event.
Published alongside the Purple Guide, this Welfare Guide supports a safer, well-equipped event environment at no additional cost to subscribers. Our guide includes key recommendations, including toilet ratios calculated with our Toilet Calculator, helping you plan effectively for attendee needs.
